JWP athletics is partnering with OFC to bring a Summer Strength & Speed Training program.
Who We Are
I’m Landon Messner, the Director of Strength & Performance at the Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic in Mankato. We’re a team of physical therapy and sports performance experts obsessed with turning potential into power. Based out of our state-of-the-art Performance Lab, we bridge the gap from rehab to elite athleticism—and this summer, we’re bringing that expertise straight to your school.
What We Offer
Introducing our Performance Lab Summer Training Camp—a complete strength and speed program for young athletes ready to dominate. This isn’t just a workout; it’s a science-backed system to build explosive speed, safe lifting power, and all-around athleticism.
We’re talking:
Strength: Master proper lifting techniques and build raw power in the weight room.
Speed: Unlock first-step quickness, agility, and top-end velocity.
Smarts: Personalized assessments fix movement flaws for injury-proof gains.
Designed by pros who’ve prepped athletes for the big leagues, this camp complements existing training while taking your team to the next level.
The Program: Performance Lab Summer Training Camp
What: A full-spectrum athletic overhaul—weight training meets speed and agility development. We assess each athlete for movement deficits, core strength, and motor control, then tailor drills to maximize their potential.
Why It Works: Combines biomechanics, flexibility, power, and speed into one killer package—delivered by experts, not guesswork.
Who: Athletes in 7th–12th grade
Dates: June 9 – July 31, 2025 (8 weeks)
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 6 am – 7:30 am
Where: JWP Weight Room Gym/Field
Cost: $50 per athlete
